Shipping & Returns
Higher Mind Incense will ship your order via USPS with their First Class option with a possible 3-7 business day processing time. From there, First Class mail usually takes 3 days to deliver within the United States. The estimated time of arrival of your order is only an estimate. Higher Mind Incense is not responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping. Risk of loss is passed on to you as soon as your package transfers to the third party shipping provider. If your package arrives damaged we will happily place a claim with USPS. Higher Mind Incense will not be responsible for international packages refused by customs.
In most cases you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to look up the delivery progress of your order via USPS. If you do not receive a tracking number you can contact our customer service and we will provide it for you. Higher Mind Incense is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and you will not be reimbursed or sent a replacement order in this case. Please ensure the location you wish to receive your package is safe and secure.
We stand behind all of our products here at Higher Mind Incense. If any items do not meet your expectations, we'd like to know about it. You can return any item within 30 days of your purchase for store credit or for an exchange by emailing us at email@example.com. Please note that items you wish to return will be sent back at the expense of the customer. Items sent back without pre-approval may not be refunded.
If a shipment is returned to us un-delivered, we will contact you. You will have the option to be refunded for your order (minus the original shipping fee) or we can reship the order to a new address after receiving an additional shipping fee.
